A year since Ajay left to the US - 5th August 2013

Exactly a year back on 5/8/2012 we were having mixed feeling.Reason my little brother, oops i should say (now )my big brother Ajay was getting ready to leave to the US to pursue his masters..The day started off with a visit to our favourite Srinivasa perumal temple at mylapore,then finished off with final packing..From evening 3 pm,all my relatives started coming home to wish him "bon voyage"..Soo...n ajay's school friends came and our house was packed with both friends and relatives.We then had a surprise cake cutting celebration followed by dinner..Everthing was set and finally the time had arrived.We all boarded the van at 9.30 pm and headed off to the airport.Sivishnu was so thrilled that ajay was going to go j-o-i-n-g (in aeroplane).Till 1.15 am(6th aug) he was so active playing,runing here and there,conversing with people there..We showed him through the glass window as the plane took off..I was happy and proud that everyhing went on well and my brother was going to pursue MS.At the same time the thought of parting wih him brought down tears from my eyes.The next day morning Srivishnu as soon as he got up searched for ajay everywhere inside the house and we were busy tracking the journey of the flight through the flight tracker.One yr has gone so quickly!!!! We all especially Srivishnu miss him so much.Our prayers and wishes to Ajay to stay healthy and complete the rest of his semesters with good marks!!!!! :)All the best da!!!! — with Sudersan Sridharan and Sriram Narasimhan.
